Products listed with a testing warranty can be returned within that period — commonly 10 days from delivery. Please test the item as soon as it arrives so any issue can be reported inside the window.

• The product must be returned in the same condition it was received
• Include all accessories, brackets, cables and packaging supplied
• Serial numbers and any seals must match and be intact

• Physical damage or burn damage
• Bent pins, broken PCIe connectors or damaged ports
• Tampering, disassembly or unauthorised modification
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or unstable power
